TEAM SWISS PRO will represent the SWS at the 24h Karting of Le Mans !

The 31st edition of the 24 hours Karting of Le Mans is about to begin, with the race to start on September 17th 2016. This year, the SWS TEAM SWISS PRO - second of the 2016 Sodi World Finals - will carry the colours of the SWS championship at this legendary event.

In fact, as a consequence of the unavailability of the 2016 world champion team (CG RACING PRO, Dubaï), the 2016 Sodi World Finals reward has been granted to the second best SWS team of 2016, TEAM SWISS PRO.

The swiss team, diligent participant of the SWS ENDURANCE CUP championship since 2012, will proudly defend its chances among the 31 other teams involved this year on the international track of Le Mans.

TEAM SWISS PRO is a particularly likeable and popular team in the world of leisure karting, for its outstanding performances as well as for their always perfect state of mind on the track. They are accustomed to be on the podiums of the world's most popular ENDURANCE CUP races.

For this exceptionnal race, the team will be composed by 4 drivers and will be supervised by the French competition structure REK (Rouen Espace Karting), directed by Nicolas SCELLES. The usual drivers of the team : Helmy Hamrouni, Matthieu Madder and Guillaume Faye will be joined for this special occasion by Yohann Vaugarni, already participant of this event in 2014 and regular SWS driver.

This reward, won by TEAM SWISS PRO thanks to their superb performance during the Sodi World Finals 2016 on the RKC track in Paris, will be the occasion for these drivers to compare themselves to the elite of competition karting in the GP2 category.

For SODIKART, it is naturally the perfect occasion to apply the core spirit of the SODI WORLD SERIES, which have been created to be a bridge between the so-called "leisure" karting, and the competition.

The whole SWS team, as well as the worldwide SWS drivers, wish the best of luck to TEAM SWISS PRO to carry high the colours of leisure karting during this legendary race.

The free practices will start from Thursday 15th and the start of the 24 hours will be given on Saturday at 3:00pm. Follow them & encourage them directly on the SWS Facebook page throughout the week-end !
