The only criterion is to own a fleet of Sodi karts in order to organise SWS races. No specific engine type or model is required, as long as the karts are Sodi karts.
The first step is to submit an application on the SWS website, where you will need to enter information about the track, the karts, etc., and then choose your status.
What are the different statuses?
Track status: you own a physical track
Private organiser status: you own a fleet of Sodi karts and organise travelling events
Recognised organiser status: in this specific case, you can contact us at contact@sodiwseries.com
You must then read the rules and return the signed contract that you will receive by email from the SWS team after submitting your application.
Finally, in the last step, your account will be validated after receipt of the signed contract and you can then start your SWS activity.
PS: If necessary, you can contact us to schedule an appointment to learn more about SWS and how it works.
Once you have officially become an SWS partner track, you will be required to comply with certain regulatory obligations. A minimum number of races must be validated during the course of a year:
- 3 endurance races
- 6 races in other categories
- 9 races in all categories combined
You must also agree to comply with SWS regulations and have at least 6 SWS drivers per race for them to be valid.
When creating a race, you must do so at least 3 days before the race date and, once completed, enter the results within 10 days.
You can create an SWS driver account from the age of 7 and take part in races. There is no maximum age limit.
First, after reading the rules and accepting the declaration of honour, you can validate your account.
Please note: it is important not to create more than one account per driver.
You cannot create two accounts for the same driver with the same email address.
When creating your account, you are required to choose an affiliation track that will be your point of contact and intermediary with Sodi. It is important to choose your affiliation track carefully, as you will be required to complete a minimum number of races on your selected track.
It can be changed only once a year, before 31 March or between 1 and 15 December.
You can find a list of all SWS race organisers on the map via the following link: insert link to map in the correct language.
During this step, you will need to choose a valid email address where you will receive all information relating to your SWS pilot account.

Except in endurance racing, which is a special case, and in the specific case of an endurance race of less than 12 hours divided into two parts: you must place the overall classification based on the cumulative points from the two endurance races.
You do not need to have your own kart in SWS, as it operates on an Arrive and Drive basis. This equipment is provided by the tracks.
You are not required to wear a racing suit, gloves, helmet, etc. If you do not have this equipment, it will be loaned to you by the track.
However, if you wish to purchase your own equipment, you can buy all these items from our partner Itaka Shop via this link: https://www.itakashop.com/fr/.
